  • How to Navigate Paris by Arrondissements (ARR) – Get all the details here! – Link
  • The weather can be unpredictable. Having a light windbreaker with you at all times has been a lifesaver.
  • You don’t need stilettos unless you plan on wearing them JUST to go to a nice event, dinner. Cobblestone + Stilettos = DISASTROUS.
  • BREAK in your shoes ahead of time. You will walk a TON
  • Main modes of transportation in the order I use them:
    • WALKING
    • Electric Biking (Lime or Uber)
    • Metro
    • Driving (Uber, Bolt, G7)
  • Take a Taxi from CDG to Paris – the rates are mandated by the city, and its usually around $60. DO NOT TAKE UBER from the airport.
  • Be ware of pickpockets – its a thing. I tend to find most of them are younger teenagers.
  • Apps to Have on Your Phone Ahead of Time: Citymapper, Google Translate, IDF Mobilites, Uber, Bolt, G7, Lime, Apple Pay (Links are bellow)
